Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
• More than 30 days before departure – 75% refund of total booking amount
• 15 – 30 days before departure – 50% refund of total booking amount
• Less than 15 days before departure – No refund
Cancellation by Grockle Holidays
In rare cases where Grockle Holidays must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for unused services once the journey has started.
Change in Itinerary
If Grockle Holidays needs to modify the itinerary due to operational or external factors,
customers will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund for the affected portion
of the trip.
Refusal of Service
Grockle Holidays reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler who violates these
terms or behaves in a disruptive or harmful manner.
