Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or full payment as specified in the booking confirmation.

Payment
Payments must be made in the specified currency using approved payment methods such as bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways. Any transaction charges related to the payment method will be borne by the customer.

Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All requests for modifications must be submitted in writing and will only be considered confirmed once approved by Grockle Holidays

Cancellations
Customer cancellations are subject to cancellation charges as per our refund and cancellation policy

Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents. Grockle Holidays will not be responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or baggage

Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. Grockle Holidays shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or damages incurred during travel.

Force Majeure
Grockle Holidays shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
